How to apply for AiE Grant:
1. Site Coordinator registers at the link
(site coordinator = contact at the site, principal, CSC, teacher etc.)
**NOTE:
**Enter "111111" or "xxxxxx" at the prompt for UIE/DUNS number**
**Check email after registering to fully complete the registration
Once registered, the site coordinator will be given shared access to the
application.
2. The site coordinator and I will discuss school's needs and logistics. We settle on what will be
offered
3. With information gathered from site coordinator, artist will create the engagement narrative, timeline
of activities and corresponding budget to complete AiE grant submission. Artist and Site coordinator
sign electronically by entering their name (normal font) on the final page of application.
Deadline and Response
Monthly deadline for submission is on the 5th by 11:59pm. I am informed by email of the panel's decision before the end of the month - typically within the last week.
Ex. Submission on the 5th - Informed of Approval on the 28th
